- Open the Wadaag TV app.
- Navigate to Settings (Gear icon).
- Scroll down to the Legal section.
- Tap entirely on Request Account Deletion.
- Confirm your request in the dialog that appears.
We will process your deletion request within 24 hours. We may contact you via the phone number associated with your account to verify the request if necessary.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from our active databases:
- Personal Information: Name, Phone Number, Profile Picture.
- Session Data: Active sessions, device identifiers, and login history.
- Watch History: Playback progress, recently watched items, and content interactions.
- Favorites/Watchlist: Any saved content preferences.
Note: Some transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes as required by law.
